鹿、海、山

In 2019, right before coronavirus 19 begun spreading, our family was in Japan, travelling back to our obaachan’s hometown in Hiroshima. With my recently gifted Nikon FM3A film camera and a few rolls of 35mm rolls, the satisfying heavy clicks were heard throughout the trip. Now, these photographs is a place I go back to whenever homesickness takes over rationality. A place where, upon looking up you see the beautiful greens of the yama, upon looking down you see the captivating glimmer of the umi, and upon looking ahead you are welcomed with the warm greeting of the shika.
